1 Form, Photograph, Air ticket, Forex , Orginal Visa on Paper to be produced to consulate for stamping on passport. , Medical have to be done at the consulate for stamping on passport. Medical have to be done at the consulate panel doctor whose details will be given after submitting the passports.
