Kuwait Visa Stamping
A visas is a conditional permit granted to a foreigner by a country, allowing them to enter, remain in, or leave that country.
Visas typically include limitations on the length of stay of the foreigner, the territory of the country they may enter, the dates they may enter, the number of visits permitted or the right of an individual to work in that country.
Visas are associated with the application for permission to enter a country and are therefore distinct in some countries from the actual formal permission for an alien to enter and remain in the country. A visa is subject to an immigration official’s permission at the time of actual entry in each instance and can be revoked at any time.

Documentary requirements for various Kuwaiti visa categories (Visit / Transit / Business / Study / Work / Family / Medical / Cultural) are different for each category. All visas, however, are subject to the following documents:
- National passport with minimum 6 months’ validity.
- Four recent passport size photographs.
- Return air-ticket (not applicable for certain categories of visa).
- Copy of the visa approval obtained by the sponsor in Kuwait.
Other documents may also be required depending on the visa category. In some cases, the applicant may also be called to the Embassy for a personal interview.
